Cake remover

Are you tired of getting your hands smeared by buttering and flouring cake pans?


Here is the solution, I introduce you the cake remover:


60 g olive oil

60 g 00 flour

(you can change weights, but the important thing is that the proportions always remain 1:1)


Pour the flour and oil into a bowl, mix well and that's it: you have just prepared a great mixture that will allow you to easily remove the cakes from any type of cake pan!


The cake remover can be stored in a closed jar with a lid, in the fridge, for up to one month; before using it, remember to bring it to room temperature a little in advance and mix well the two layers that will form when not in use.
